Where we work around San Antonio

San Antonio and Bexar County, plus the I-35 and I-10 corridors into Comal, Guadalupe and Kendall counties. If you are nearby and not on a list, call or text anyway.

Open 24/7 across San Antonio and Bexar County, and up I-35 and I-10 into Comal, Guadalupe and Kendall counties.

Why do the area pages differ?

Water gets into homes differently across the area. Creeks on the Northeast Side rise fast in a flash flood. Older homes around Alamo Heights and Olmos Park have older plumbing. The northwest side along I-10 had some of the longest water outages after Winter Storm Uri. Helotes took the worst of the 2016 hail. In Live Oak and across the county, drought-driven ground movement breaks pipes.

We only write an area page when we have something real to say about that place. More will come as we work in more neighborhoods.

What we do everywhere we go

Wherever you are, the work is the same careful process: find where the water went with moisture readings, remove what cannot be saved, dry the structure with the house closed up, and check it until the numbers are back to normal.

San Antonio and Bexar County

The whole city and county, from the Northeast Side to the Hill Country edge.

Up I-35 and I-10

We also serve the I-35 corridor into Comal and Guadalupe counties and the I-10 corridor into Kendall County. Call or text to check your town.

Common questions

My town isn't listed. Can you still come?

Very likely. The pages cover the places we have something specific to say about, not every place we go. Call or text with your town and we will tell you right away.

2 AM? Still us.

Call or text whenever it happens. We'll pick up, and we'll help.
